(1) Baoyin Special Steel Tube Co., Ltd.

It is a joint venture of Baosteel Group, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, China Huaneng Group, and Yinhuan Group, and the world's fourth, and China’s unique nuclear power evaporator Inconel 690U pipe industrialization development unit, as well as China's first batch of mixed ownership economy demonstration enterprises, which has successively completed the industrialization developments and engineering applications in nuclear power reactor CPR, AP1000, CAP1400, “Hualong No.1" ACP1000, high-temperature gas cooled reactor, fast neutron breeder reactor and other advanced nuclear power reactor type precision tube industries, intending to be listed in 2017.

(2) Jiangsu Yinhuan Precision Steel Tube Co., Ltd.

It was jointly ventured by China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group and Yinhuan Group which has organized and finished over 20 tasks for key materials researches of major national scientific and technological special projects and major national projects in the power plant boilers, petroleum and petrochemical, rail transportation, aerospace, and military fields, winning 32 invention patents, first prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology, second prize of national scientific and technological progress, China "production, learning and research" innovation achievement award, the National Nuclear Safety Bureau’s "Nuclear 1, 2 and 3 Levels Piping Manufacturing Certificate", State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense’ “Weapons and Equipment Production Units Privacy and Authentication", and “Certificate for Research and Production of Weapons and Equipment”. It is authorized to draft 5 national standards and 6 industry standards;

(3) National Energy Equipment and Material Industrial Park

It was jointly approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Energy Bureau and jointly prepared and constructed by China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group and Yinhuan Group, being the high-end equipment localizational development base in nuclear power, aerospace, and military field, the implementation and demonstration base of major national science and technology special projects, and highlight engineering of national headquarters economy development model;

(4) Richard Roberts Biotechnology Research Institute (Yixing), Nobel Prize Winners Workstation

The fourth generation gene sequencing project pilot unit, microbial cell sequencing technology research center, targeted therapy cancer cell clinical treatment center, as well as the new anti lung cancer antibody drug development and clinical application base

(5) Jiangsu high investing and innovative small and medium partnership developing venture capital

It was jointly founded by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangsu Province and Yinhuan Group, and is the first private enterprise in Jiangsu Province participating in government fund investment;

(6) Jiangsu Huachuang Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd.

It was jointly invested by China Dongfang Electric Group and Yinhuan Group, and is now a National Donghua Optoelectronics Technology Innovation Base, and the first trans-provincial optoelectronics industry cluster;

(7) National Nuclear Investment Co., Ltd.

It was jointly ventured and founded by the National Electrical Investment Group Company and Yinhuan Group, regarding national strategic emerging industry as the direction of investment, being the financial investment platform of large state-owned central enterprises, and taking financial fund as the management mode. It cooperates with the National Electrical Investment Corporation, China Huadian Corporation, China Guodian Corporation, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, CLP Investment Group and other several power investment groups to jointly promote the development of strategic emerging industries.

(8) Shenzhen V&T Technologies Co., Ltd

It is an enterprise shared by Yinhuan Group. It is a "national high tech enterprise" and "double soft enterprise" with completely independent intellectual property rights, professionally committing to the research and development, manufacturing, sales and service of inverter, servo driver, electric vehicle controller and other electric and electronic products which has won prizes like the "Technology Innovation Award" of China Inverter Industry Association, the "Most Competitive Brand Award" of China Electrotechnical Society, and "National Bus System Hybrid Car Tournament Champion Award" and others, being top ten enterprise of the 2010 domestic inverters, and listed in 2016;

(9) Beijing Xinshui Yuanjing Sciences and Technologies Co., Ltd.

It’s a Yinhuan Group shareholding enterprise, specializing in modern agricultural information management, agriculture accurate irrigation management, crop information management, intelligent integral management of water and fertilizer, soil moisture monitoring, comprehensive agricultural meteorological monitoring and other system projects; intelligent measurement and management of agricultural water, underground water level automatic monitoring, city water resources management, automatic disaster monitoring, water supply and drainage management, irrigated area information management, dam safety monitoring, and flood and dry decision support system engineering; efficient water-saving irrigation engineering consulting, planning and design and other engineering. The company tightly focuses on the development trend of “digitization, automation and intelligence”, relying on “Web of Things, cloud computing, and intelligent sensing” technology to realize the new model of modern agriculture wisdom management through monitoring, modeling and controlling, and planning to complete the listing by the end of 2016;

(10) Jiangsu Yinhuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

It’s a wholly owned subsidiary of Yinhuan Group which specializes in the research and development, production, EPC integration project application of photovoltaic, solar thermal power generation programmed crystalline silicon solar cells components, and thin film solar cell components, with an average of 18% photoelectric conversion efficiency for the developed solar cell components, and the products have passed international certifications of TUV, UL, CGC, and CQC, and are exported to USA, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Germany, India, Thailand and other countries, intending to complete the listing in early 2017.
